About The Founder

Tiya Arvati is a student at Babson College, she is currently nineteen years old. Her passion for psychology began in the eighth grade reading The Passion by Jeanette Winterson in eleventh grade accelerated this passion. 

Observing firsthand the impact of high school pressures on teen psychology, coupled with the stressful advent of Covid-19, increased her engagement in the discussion around mental health and made it clear that neurodiverse school and workplaces are goals Tiya wishes to fight for. Tiya envisions a world in which everyone, no matter their circumstances, has equal opportunities to succeed in the workplace.
